At BadBtchBoxes, every item is made to order with care. Because our products are custom and often personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Issues and Exceptions

We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to love what you receive. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment or shipping error, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue or damage

  • A brief description of the problem

After review, we may offer a replacement, correction, or partial refund at our discretion depending on the situation.

What’s Not Covered

We cannot issue replacements or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect selections (size, color, design, etc.) made during ordering

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse after delivery

  • Delays caused by the carrier once the order has shipped

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document it before opening and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement if eligible.
