In-stock items
We make best efforts to ship in-stock items within 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-order and custom items
Most made-to-order items require a production lead time of 3 to 5 business days before shipment. Complex or large format prints may require additional time. If we expect any extra time, we will notify you.
Transit time
After an order ships, typical carrier transit time is 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Business days and cutoffs
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST, on weekends, or on holidays are treated as received the next business day.
Expedited shipping
Expedited options may be available at checkout. Expedited service shortens carrier transit only. It does not skip the production lead time for made-to-order items.Multiple-item orders
Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items will ship together when the entire order is ready, unless you request and pay for split shipments.Peak periods and events outside our control
During peak holiday periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other events outside our control, processing and transit times may be longer. We will communicate material delays as soon as possible.Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses may cause delays and may incur redirect or reship fees charged by the carrier.Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.Preorders and backorders
If an item is listed as a preorder or backorder, the product page will show the expected ship window. Your entire order may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise requested.Questions
