BadBtchBoxes is a creative studio specializing in made-to-order and custom 3D-printed boxes, accessories, and related items. All products are designed, printed, and fulfilled in-house or through trusted production partners.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are custom printed or made to order. Once production begins, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not possible.
Custom items are printed specifically for you and may have slight variations in color, finish, or texture due to the nature of 3D printing.

4. Processing and Delivery Time Frames
  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-order items: Generally require a 3- to 5-day production period before shipping.

  • Shipping: Average transit time is 3-5 business days for U.S. orders.
    Delays may occur during peak seasons, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. See our Delivery Policy for details.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options through our payment partners, including Clover.

By completing checkout, you authorize BadBtchBoxes (or its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of most products, returns and refunds are not available unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number for assistance.

7. Cancellations

Orders for custom or made-to-order items may only be canceled before production begins, typically within 24-48 hours of order placement. After production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
For digital services or pre-paid orders, cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle, if applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, branding, and 3D models displayed on our site are the intellectual property of BadBtchBoxes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our products, designs, or website content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BadBtchBoxes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product involved.

10. Accuracy and Product Representation

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, colors, and images are accurate. However, variations in lighting, screen display, and 3D print processes may cause slight differences in the final product. These are not considered defects.

11. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All items are shipped via trusted carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier to open a claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of purchases or use of this website will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and each party shall bear its own costs.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply shortages, equipment failures, shipping carrier issues, or acts of government.
